23-year-old Laila builds software applications for fashion brand AllSaints. Designing and developing the website interface, working remotely has always been a possibility for developers. Laila insists that it doesn’t matter how old you are, as long as you work hard you can get far in this role. And once you get up the ladder in software development, you have so many opportunities to be flexible and work the way you want to.
